Main responsibilities:
Providing on-site customer support
Planning of installations
Installing of devices at customer’s premises
Pre-sales technical support
Online / phone helpdesk
Requirements:
The product is simple plug & play, no engineering background needed but requires understanding of technical product and related analytics software
Suitable educational background can be sales / IT / engineering – nice to have not not required
Fluent German or French or Spanish and communicative English is a must
Polish language not required
Sales mindset, desire to solve customer’s needs
