For our Client – part of a huge international holding, we are currently looking for:

Network Specialist (2nd line support)

Responsibilities
Deliver 2nd level support including troubleshooting, analysis and improvement of Network Infrastructure;
Interact with business and 1st line support to understand needs perform analysis, design and deployment of IT infrastructure;
Identify alternatives and present recommendations that meet user needs and comply with established standards;
Ensure all requests are prioritized and managed pro-actively according to impact, escalating problems as required;
Follow up on incidents and issues in cooperation with colleagues from different worldwide locations;
Contribute to continuous improvement of daily work.

Requirements
2-3 years of experience on a similar position;
Effortlessly communication in English;
Certification at CCNA (preferably CCNP) level or equivalent experience;
Knowledge of load balancing and WAN optimization is additional asset;
Knowledge in Microsoft solutions (Active Directory, windows servers and services);
Familiarity with ITIL processes & procedures;
Experience in network troubleshooting tools and methods;
Readiness to work in 24/5 support setup(Monday-Friday).

For one of our Clients, well-known company on Cracow market, we are looking for candidates for the position of :

IT Analyst with Dutch (1st line support)

You will be responsible for:
– Providing first line support for company employees workstations, servers, application software and hardware
– Diagnosing and resolving issues related to IT, LAN/WAN, MS Office, Windows, VPN, Active Directory
– Handling end users queries in English/Dutch via phone, chat, email and ticketing system SNOW

Wymagania:
– Advanced level of Dutch and English (written and spoken) is essential
– Good knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office package
– Nice to have previous experience in customer service/support area
– PC/Laptop configuration familiarity
– Analytical skills
– Being able to communicate with other team members effectively
– Can do attitude
– Ability to gain new skills quickly
– Willingness to work in shifts (no night shifts)

– Technical degree
