Responsibilities:

Enter new sales/service orders in a timely manner

Work with corporate, national and local sales staff to verify accuracy of new orders and order revisions
Partner with various internal departments to respond to and resolve inquiries
Promoting our products and services

Requirements:
Native German and intermediate English
Ability to work full time
Positive, enthusiastic and proactive attitude
Interpersonal and team building skills
Experience in customes service will be an asset

Effective and timely supporting for clients’ problems using: telephone, e-mail, Internet, live chat for processing orders, customer database management, handling any inquiries, complaints
Responding to incoming calls
Processing orders via telephone, fax, e-mail and letter
Providing high quality customer service

Requirements:

Native-level of German language and communicative English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to builds positive relationships
Ability to work in a changing environment
Computer skills (Microsoft applications, SAP knowledge is an advantage)
