WYMAGANIA: ZNAJOMOŚĆ JĘZYKA POLSKIEGO oraz angielskiego (tylko komunikatywny)
Język angielski służy tylko do wewnętrznej komunikacji z innymi pracownikami nie jest wymagany do wykonywania czynności zawodowych
Praca polega na:
weryfikowaniu zapytań oraz uzupełnianiu dokumentacji w systemie w języku polskim
sprawdzanie zapisów w umowach
kontakcie telefonicznym w celu przekazania informacji zwrotnych

Krakow. As part of an industry-leading team, you will help drive results for our clients by delivering innovative and
effective solutions.

About the Role

Our Customer Service Team provides telephone and email support for the employees of our clients. They contact us with
questions about HR procedures or their employment benefits, and we explain how to use the online HR system, or with more
complex cases, we investigate and get back to the customer with a solution. We work, learn and succeed together as a team.

You Bring Knowledge and Expertise:

Excellent English C1 minimum
Fluency in Dutch C1 minimum
Adaptability you can switch priorities quickly when things change and focus on new goals
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
