We are currently looking for candidates to work on a position of Accounts Receivable Accountant with Spanish and English for one of our clients.

Duties will include:
– billing and tracking Accounts Receivable collection for revenue streams
– generating and sending dunning letters
– analysing variance, correcting and reporting of all billing activities
– Printing and dispatching of invoices and credit notes
– Monthly reconciliation of billing for all revenue streams

Wymagania:
– University Degree in functional discipline or equivalent preferred
– min. 2 years previous work experience in a similar role
– experience in working with ERP applications.
– fluent Spanish and good English
– good Excel skills

For our client with Business Service Center located in Warsaw, were currently looking for:

AR Accountant with Greek

Responsibilities:
Perform collection process for Greek entity: contact customers regarding overdue accounts and determine reasons for non-payment
Clearing credit notes and associated dispute cases
Issuing customer credit notes
Delivering high level of customer service
Analyses of situation on customer accounts
Following up on overdue accounts
Participating in resolution of unclear payments
Evaluating customer account and payment history
Elaboration of reports (periodical and upon request)
Regularly communicate with manager
Preparing process maps and desktop procedures, if needed.
Updating procedures.

Requirements:

1-2 years of AR, O2C and Collections area – as entry criteria
Solid knowledge of accountancy regulations.
Fluent Greek and English language skills.
Attention to detail and analytical skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills (for dealing with local Logistics, Purchasing and Sales teams).
Strong computing skills; advanced Excel required
Experience in using SAP would be an advantage.

For our client, an international corporation established in USA, just opening a branch in Poland, we are looking for candidates for a General Ledger Senior Accountant position.

Responsibilities

– Prepare and post special journal entries for GL-Accounting and Fixed Assets

– Perform period closing

– Perform Cost Accounting and Intercompany Accounting

– Oversee GAAP-reconciliations

– Investigate processing errors in respective area of responsibility and drives resolution

– Report operational issues (process or system related) to team lead

– Proactively suggest improvement ideas to drive continuous improvement

– Advises admin within same area of responsibility

– Deliver customer service in line with agreed procedures

– Support team lead in achieving performance objectives

Skills & Experience

– 4-6 years of General Accounting experience (with first leadership experience acquired) including:

– recording and pre-closing transactions
– analyzing and reconciling accounts and resolving issues
– closing books and performing post-closing activities
– valuating and tracking assets and recording asset acquisitions and dispositions

– At least C1 level of English and very good (B2) Polish is required

– Very good (B2) Slovakian/Hungarian or German will be beneficial

– Proven experience in a multi-country, multiple legal entity environment

– Proactivity with the ability to manage time-dependent critical processes

– Ability to assess situations to determine the importance, urgency and risks, then make clear and timely decisions

– Strong understanding of controls required within an accounting organization

– Attention to detail, great organization skills, open minded and change embracing

– Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team as well as communicate with diverse individuals

– Academic degree (e.g. in Accounting)

– Excellent user knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel
